Epilogue

Epilogue — It means you’ve arrived at the last part of a story. The climax has been passed and now all that’s left is rounding it off, making it end in a pleasant way. That’s roughly how I felt, walking out of my last exam this morning…

As I stroll through the campus, every place has its own memory attached to it. S3 Building: Remember studying here with friends from TUF, ordering Bak Kut Teh late at night? Al Fresco: Sitting at a small table with my parents, waiting for the Singaporean Rainburst to be over…. Cafe Express: TUF again, distributing flyers to invite more people for Fellowship evenings (it never worked ;-)) N4 Building: Coding, what else? Our crazy week developing Omega VII. Canteen A: Eaten here a hundred of times, still finding their fruit juice delicious. Now they’re tearing it down in favour of the new eatery… N2 Rooftop: Started a day here with morning devotion many times. The way to my hall: Jogging around the campus seemed so hard at first, now I’ve gotten used to it. My hall: Watching movies, playing scrabble, discussing with all sorts of people, meeting friends at canteen 13… So many places and memories on just a short walk home.

Tomorrow I’ll leave Singapore for two weeks. Together with various people I’ll travel through Malaysia, stop at Tioman for a weekend and finally continue to Sumatra. On the 18th I plan to be back in Singapore, hopefully with lots of travel stories for this blog. All the best and see you!
