SkipeLike

SkipeLike is a peer-to-peer telephony application similar to (but much simpler than) Skype. It uses an overlay peer-to-peer network to route call requests. The overlay is self-organizing and uses TCP connections. When a call has been established, voice data is sent over the network using UDP. SkipeLike uses and adaptive queue to order packets, thereby minimizing jitter and delay.

This application was built for the computer networks course during the second year of my studies at EPFL, together with Farah Fawaz.
